      Terms & Conditions

      1. Introduction:

      • 1.1.

        The Loyalty Program is a spend-and-redeem initiative for Members of Energetic Rewards. The administrator and promoter of the Loyalty Program is Energetic Lighting Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 62 168 714 145).

      • 1.2.

        These Terms and Conditions form the basis of the Energetic Loyalty Program. They are intended to protect both Members and Energetic Lighting Pty Ltd. It is the Member's responsibility to read and understand them.

      • 1.3.

        These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date specified above and may be amended by Energetic Lighting from time to time. The current Terms and Conditions are those available on the Rewards page. Members will be provided with a copy of the Terms and Conditions at the time of joining Energetic Rewards, and will be notified of any material changes accordingly

      • 1.4.

        Every Member is bound by these Terms and Conditions

      2. Definitions:

      'Active Member' at a point in time, means a member who has earned or redeemed Energetic Rewards on their Membership Account within the previous consecutive 24 whole month period from that point in time

      'Benefits' means any of the rewards offered or available to a member as a result of membership in the Energetic Lighting Loyalty Program including earning and redeeming Points and Rewards

      'Energetic Lighting Loyalty' means Energetic Lighting is the company that is responsible for administering the Loyalty Program for Energetic Rewards

      ‘Energetic Rewards’ the points awarded/earned and available to a member for redemption as a result of Energetic Lighting and or Nordlux product purchases

      'Member' means a person who is a member of Energetic Rewards Loyalty Program

      'Membership' means membership of Energetic Rewards Loyalty Program

      'Membership Account' means the record of a Member's Membership, which is available to the Member online at Rewards page

      ‘Reward Claims’ is a claim granted to a member as a result of point accumulation

      ‘Redeem’ to convert loyal points into an item claim in exchange for points accumulated, resulting in point reduction from the overall balance

      'Terms and Conditions' means these Energetic Lighting Loyalty Program terms and conditions

      ‘Electrical Wholesaler’ a merchant that sells goods within the electrical field, typically to Licenced Electrical Wholesalers, other merchants, or commercial and industrial users mainly for business use

      ‘Licenced Electrical Contractor’ an electrician who has completed training and qualifications that performs specialized work within the electrical field and holds an electrical contractor's licence

      3. Membership:

      • 3.1.

        Membership of Energetic Rewards Loyalty Program is open only to licensed Electrical Contractors and company. Only licenced electrical contractors and companies are eligible to apply and become members of Energetic Rewards

      • 3.2.

        Only active members of Energetic Rewards can participate in the Loyalty Program

      • 3.3.

        Membership is free and is offered at the discretion of Energetic Lighting Australia Pty Ltd.

      • 3.4.

        Licenced electrical contractors and companies can apply to become a member by completing the Membership section at If the membership application is approved, Energetic Lighting Australia Pty Ltd will notify the applicant via email. Energetic Lighting has the right to accept or reject any application for membership

      • 3.5.

        Employees and trade account holders (like electrical wholesalers or distributors) of Energetic Lighting Australia Pty Ltd are not permitted to participate in Energetic Rewards Loyalty Program

      • 3.6.

        Each member may have only one Energetic Rewards membership account

      • 3.7.

        Members may, at any time, cancel their membership by providing written notice via email to Energetic Lighting. Upon receipt of a written notice under this clause, Energetic Lighting will cancel the relevant Membership and all accumulated Rewards Points in that member's account will immediately expire. Accordingly, Energetic Lighting recommends that members carefully plan all cancellations to avoid unintentional loss of accumulated Rewards Points

      4. Termination or suspension of the Energetic Lighting Loyalty Program – Energetic Rewards:

      • 4.1.

        Energetic Lighting gives no warranty as to the continuing availability of Energetic Rewards Loyalty Program. Energetic Lighting may terminate or suspend Energetic Rewards at any time. Energetic Lighting will give at least three (3) months notice to members of such termination or suspension, except if Energetic Lighting ceases to operate as a company in which case Energetic Rewards will cease immediately.

      • 4.2.

        If Energetic Lighting terminates or suspends Energetic Rewards, members will be able to redeem Energetic Rewards points during the notice period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, except where Energetic Lighting is ceasing to operate as a company and/or has gone into liquidation or other form of administration, in which case Energetic Lighting may terminate or cancel any Rewards or Benefits immediately without notice

      5. Earning / Collecting Points:

      • 5.1.

        Members have the opportunity to earn and accumulate points via the purchase of Energetic Lighting and/or Nordlux products

      • 5.2.

        Rewards can be redeemed at any time only from the current rewards on offer and available at that current point in time. Backorders cannot be placed

      • 5.3.

        Members can earn points by purchasing Energetic and/or Nordlux products through account holders of Energetic Lighting Australia Pty Ltd, after the member’s joining date and up to 30 days prior the member’s joining date.

      • 5.4.

        To claim and be rewarded with points, members must provide proof of purchase in the form of tax invoices from a trade account holder of Energetic Lighting Australia Pty Ltd. Tax invoices must clearly display all the of the following:

        • I.
          Name of the account holder (electrical wholesaler or distributor)
        • II.
          Name of the member’s trading company
        • III.
          Date of which the transaction took place
        • IV.
          Energetic / Nordlux product names and order codes
        • V.
          Individual line item spend values
      • 5.5.

        One (1) point can be earned for every one (1) dollar spent, excluding GST, on Energetic and/or Nordlux products

      • 5.6.

        Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, Energetic Rewards Points will not expire as long as the member remains an Active Member

      • 5.7.

        All accumulated Energetic Rewards Points held in a Membership Account will expire at midnight AEST, Australia time at the end of the 24th consecutive month for which the Member has not earned or redeemed Energetic Rewards Points

      • 5.8.

        In the 60 days prior to the Energetic Rewards Points expiration date, Energetic Lighting will notify members of the number of Energetic Rewards Points that are about to expire, and the expiration date via email

      • 5.9.

        Energetic Rewards Points cannot be re-credited once they have expired

      • 5.10.

        Energetic Lighting reserves the right to reverse or cancel any Energetic Rewards Points credited to a member incorrectly, or not in accordance with, or in breach of, the Terms and Conditions at any time

      • 5.11.

        Energetic Reward Points will not be awarded in relation to any products or services that are cancelled, refunded or returned. Energetic Lighting may cancel or deduct any Energetic Reward Points that have been awarded in relation to cancelled, refunded or returned products or services

      6. Redeeming Points for Rewards:

      • 6.1.

        6.1 Members can redeem points that they have collected for rewards offered as part of the Energetic Rewards Loyalty Program at their own discretion

      • 6.2.

        Rewards cannot be returned or exchanged with points reimbursed for change of mind

      • 6.3.

        Where the claim is from an individual, it is the sole responsibility of the claimant to ensure that they comply with all policies and procedures of their employer in relation to their participation and receipt of any benefits. Energetic Lighting Australia Pty Ltd will not take any responsibility for any claims that have been made in direct conflict to the policies and procedures of the claimant’s employer

      • 6.4.

        Energetic Lighting Australia Pty Ltd do not give any warranty or representation to any of the rewards on offer. In the unlikely event that a reward is faulty or damaged, it is the member’s responsibility to arrange repair or exchange directly with the manufacturer/supplier

      • 6.5.

        Energetic Rewards Points cannot be converted to or exchanged for money

      • 6.6.

        Energetic Lighting may make other Rewards available for redemption through the Energetic Rewards at any given time.

      • 6.7.

        To redeem points for a reward, the member must complete the Redemption section after logging into their account at Rewards will only be delivered to the member’s business address or home address as indicated on their Energetic Rewards Membership Profile. If a reward is unavailable, an alternate equivalent to a similar value will be provided. Energetic Lighting Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to exclusively determine what is an alternate equivalent and what constitutes a similar value.

      • 6.8.

      7. Liability

      • 7.1.

        nergetic Lighting acknowledges that certain jurisdiction's laws imply terms, conditions or warranties into contracts for the supply of goods or services that cannot be excluded. For example, for consumers in Australia, certain services come with statutory guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that they will be provided with due care and skill and be reasonably fit for their purpose. Clause 8.2 is not intended to exclude or restrict the application of such laws.

      • 7.2.

        Subject to clause 8.1, and to the extent permitted by law in any applicable jurisdiction, Energetic Lighting and any of their officers, employees or agents are not liable for any loss or claim of any kind (including, without limitation, consequential or economic loss or loss of profits), arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or Energetic Rewards, including, without limitation, any changes to the Terms and Conditions or Energetic Rewards, save to the extent that such loss or claim arises from the negligence or wilful misconduct of Energetic Lighting, or any of their officers, employees or agents.

      8. Personal information

      • 8.1.

        Each member acknowledges that Energetic Lighting collects, uses and discloses information about the member, in order for Energetic Lighting to provide the member with the benefits and administer Energetic Rewards, including the sharing of contact details for the purpose of delivery of rewards

      • 8.2.

        If the member does not provide all or any part of the requested information, the services provided to that member by Energetic Lighting, and the benefits that the member receives, may be affected

      • 8.3.

        Energetic Lighting collects personal information about each member:

        • (a)
          to enable Energetic Lighting to market products to the member, including the special items and sales that may benefit them in accumulating further points
        • (b)
          to facilitate the member’s participation in Energetic Rewards
        • (c)
          to assist in the obtainment of items accumulated via rewards points
      • 8.4.

        Energetic Lighting may collect the member’s personal information from the member directly, including during a member's interaction with Energetic Lighting’s websites, or when the member is logged into their Energetic Rewards account. Energetic Lighting may also collect the member’s personal information from third parties/ wholesalers with involvement in Energetic Rewards

      • 8.5.

        For the reasons described above, Energetic Lighting may disclose a member’s personal information to any third-party companies providing products for Energetic Rewards

      • 8.6.

        Marketing consent: By becoming a member, the member provides their express consent to Energetic Lighting:

      • 8.7.

        Members can opt out of receiving all or any of the marketing communications listed above as follows:

        • (a)
          Email: Energetic Lighting sends emails to members using subscription lists. Members can unsubscribe by:
        • (b)
          clicking unsubscribe in the relevant email, which will unsubscribe them from the subscription list from which that email originated; or
        • (c)
          for SMS messages, by opting out directly from an SMS. Opting out of these communications may impact Energetic Lighting’s ability to provide you, as a member, with all the benefits that would otherwise be available as part of membership. There are, however, some service messages that we must be able to send you. These include, for example, information relating to your membership, information about claims you have made, products you have purchased, and forgotten passwords. Please note, these will not come from a subscription list.
      • 8.8.

        This clause 8 survives the termination of these Terms and Conditions and the termination or suspension of Energetic Rewards
